The DOCs' healthcare team appreciates that you have chosen our accomplished staff for your dermatology and oculofacial plastic surgery needs. We value every patient encounter and treat our patients with respect. Our practice delivers customized state-of-the-art care in a compassionate educational manner.

Your personal medical history and time is important to us. DOCs' New Patient Information Packet consists of Adobe® Acrobat Reader® files. Please print out the packet and bring the completed packet to your visit. Our knowledgeable and cordial staff can assist you if you have any questions in advance or at the time of the appointment.

Exam Room

For new patients, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment so we can insure that we have acquired the necessary information. You will need your insurance card and another form of identification. We would also appreciate if you had no make-up on in order to provide a complete examination.

Cancellations & Our Schedule

We strive to meet the needs of our patients and the community. Although wait times are rare, we appreciate your understanding if extenuating circumstanced do arise

We place reminder calls in advance and request that you call 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Our courteous staff will assist you in rescheduling the appointment.
